1. Definition of Personal Information

Vogue International does not consider cookies and IP address information as personal information because they cannot be used independently to identify a specific individual. However, in case they are used incorporated in connection with personal information, the company considers it also personal information.

5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
Vogue International acquires personal information in a proper manner and does not acquire personal information through deception or any other wrongful means In addition, Vogue international does not collect information from individuals under 15 years old without obtaining their parents' prior consent.

(4) In cases where it is deemed that the purpose for usage is clear in consideration of the circumstances of acquisition.
7. Changes to the purpose for usage of Personal Information
Vogue international does not change the purpose for usage of personal information beyond the scope which is reasonably relevant to its original purpose, and will notify the customer of any change to the purpose or publicly announce it.
8. Safe Management of Personal Information and Supervision of Employees
Vogue International sets the personal information protection regulations to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to manage it safely, as well as carries out necessary and appropriate supervision of the employees.
9. Supervision of Delegated Parties

4)The fact that provision of the customer’s personal information to a third party can be discontinued at the request of the customer The following cases are not considered third party by mentioned above;

(1) If Vogue International completely or partially delegates handling of personal information on the grounds that the information is being handled in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purpose for usage

(2) If Vogue International acquires the customers' personal information as a result of a merger or any other instance of succession of business

(3) If Vogue International shares the personal information with any specific party, Vogue International will, in advance, notify the customers or make readily accessible the details of any change to the purpose for usage of personal information or any change to the name or title of any responsible person for managing the personal information.
11. Disclosing Matters regarding Personal Information
Vogue International will make readily accessible to the following matters regarding personal information.

12. Personal Information Disclosure

13. Correction of Personal Information
If the customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter called “correction”) of any details of their personal information on the grounds that those details are false, except in cases in which any special procedure is prescribed by law or ordinance, Vogue International will carry out any necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of usage and, on the basis of the results, correct those details and notify the customer to that effect.
14. Discontinuance of Usage of Personal Information
If the customer requests to discontinue usage or to delete (hereinafter called “discontinue usage”) the personal information on the grounds that the information is being handled in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purpose for usage publicly announced in advance or because the information has been acquired through deception or any other wrongful means, the company will carry out any necessary inspection of the information without delay and, on the basis of the results, discontinue usage of the information and notify the customer to that effect. However, in case this provision does not apply in any case in which it requires excessively large costs or it is otherwise difficult to discontinue usage of the information, the company will take necessary alternative measures to protect the customer’s rights and interests.
15. Explanation of Reasons
If Vogue International decides not to do any of the following despite receiving a request from the customer. 、

(1) Notify the purpose for usage of personal information

(2) Disclose all or some of the personal information

(3) Discontinue using or delete the personal information

(4) Discontinue provision of your personal information to any third parties
